BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Four-star recruit Adrienne Vesely (Plano, Texas) recently signed with Gardner-Webb women's tennis for the 2018-19 season.

Vesely, who will graduate from Spring Creek Academy this spring, is currently ranked as the 160
th recruit in the country and ended 2017-ranked 110
th. Heading into her senior season of competition, she holds a 16-26 record, including a 10-11 mark against fellow four-star recruits and a perfect 2-0 record against two-star recruits.

According to Tennis Recruiting, Vesely reached her highest ranking of 87
th during her junior season. Her accomplishments in both singles and doubles action are numerous. In doubles play during 2017, she was the Florida Open (Girls18) champion and a finalist at the Georgia Bowl. Last summer, Vesely made it to the Round of 16 in the Texas Summer Grand Slam for her age group. In February 2016, she was the singles champion at the National Closed Region Tournament.

Vesely signed with the Runnin' Bulldogs after a visit to the Boiling Springs campus in September.
