
Men's Tennis Set to Play in USC Gamecock Fall Invitational

The Gardner-Webb men's tennis team set to play in the Gamecock
Fall Invitational this weekend, Oct. 12-14, at USC. The
invitational includes over 200 student-athletes representing 36
schools. Play is set to begin at 9 a.m. on Friday and will continue
through the weekend. The flight finals are scheduled for Sunday
afternoon.
Seven single and six double flights make up the invitational. Each
single flight consists of 32 players and each double flight
consists of 16 teams. The event will be spread out over four
locations in Columbia.
Gardner-Webb will send eight players to the invitational. All eight
players will compete in singles competition, and six will compete
in doubles play.
