FB GAME NOTES: Gardner-Webb To Host Savannah State Saturday

BOILING SPRINGS – Gardner-Webb will step out of conference
for the final time on Saturday, as the 'Dogs host Savannah State at
1:30 pm ET on Coach Norman Harris Field at Spangler Stadium.
The Runnin' Bulldogs (4-4) haven't played Savannah State (1-7)
since 2005, but have a 4-0 series advantage against the Tigers
– with the two teams last meeting in Boiling Springs coming at
the end of the 2002 season.
Saturday is Cleveland County and Rutherford County School
Appreciation Day at GWU.
