GWU Wrestling and Senior Dustin Porter Ranked in National Preseason Polls

Newton, Iowa - The Gardner-Webb wrestling team and senior grappler Dustin Porter both received preseason national attention this week in both the Wrestling Insider Newsmagazine and the Amateur Wrestling News pre-season rankings.
In the Wrestling Insider Newsmagazine 2009-10 Preseason Division I
Tournament Power Index (TPI) the Gardner-Webb wrestling team is
tied for 52nd-place overall with Oregon State and Utah Valley.
As for Porter, the heavyweight was recognized in the Amateur
Wrestling News Pre-Season Rankings this week, as the senior was
ranked 16th in the nation within the heavyweight class.
