Rain Delay: First-Pitch of 2009 Big South Softball Championship Postponed Until 12 P.M.

Radford, Va. – The 2009 Big South Softball Championship presented by Texas Roadhouse has been delayed for two hours due to heavy rains throughout the night and in the early morning in the Radford area.
The opening game between the No. 4 seeded Charleston Southern and the No. 5 seeded Gardner-Webb, which was originally scheduled for a 10 p.m. start, has been postponed to 12 p.m.
At this time, Thursday's games have all been pushed back at least two hours and remain on that schedule weather permitting.
