GAME NOTES: Gardner-Webb Hosts Coastal Carolina On Saturday Afternoon

BOILING SPRINGS - Gardner-Webb will host Big South Conference
rival Coastal Carolina Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm on Harris
Field at Spangler Stadium.
The Runnin' Bulldogs (3-4, 1-1 Big South) will look to get back on
track after a disappointing 26-24 loss at Presbyterian last week at
home, but will face a very athletic, talented team of Chanticleers
(2-5, 1-1 Big South).
GWU has been hampered by injuries severely in 2010, and could be
without leading rusher Patrick Hall on Saturday. The 5-foot-11,
217-pound senior was injured on a carry inside the Blue Hose
five-yard line last week in the fourth quarter, after rushing 21
times for 137 yards and two scores.
Hall moved into 10th place on the GWU career rushing list with his
effort, and now ranks third in career rushing touchdowns at
Gardner-Webb.
