GWU Women's Basketball Moves Up in Mid-Major Poll

Boiling Springs, N.C. - The Gardner-Webb women's basketball team once again received votes in the Collegeinsider.com Women's Mid-Major Top-25 poll, making it the seventh straight week in which the Runnin' Bulldogs have been ranked.
This week, GWU received 254 points to move up two places to No. 16 overall.
Last week, the Runnin' Bulldogs were No. 18.
Gardner-Webb (6-3) is on a four-game winning streak, it's longest of the season to date.
The Runnin' Bulldogs will play its next five games at home, starting this Thursday night with a 7 p.m. tip-off against Converse College in Paul Porter Arena.
Gardner-Webb will then host the Purdue Boilermakers out of the Big Ten on Wednesday, December 22nd, at 7 p.m.
The women's Mid-Major Top 25 is comprised of teams from the America East, Atlantic Sun, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, Colonial, Great West, Horizon, Independents, Ivy, Metro Atlantic, Mid-American, Mid-Eastern, Missouri Valley, Northeast, Ohio Valley, Patriot, Southern, Southland, Southwestern, Summit, Sun Belt and West Coast Conference.
