
Knuttson, Dunlap Earn Wins as GWU Competes at Wofford Fall Invitational

Spartanburg, S.C. - Gardner-Webb University men's tennis traveled to compete in the Wofford Fall Invitational this past weekend as they continue their fall competition season.
Junior Adam Knutsson-Sundblad won his first match of the tournament, giving the Runnin' Bulldogs a victory in knocking off Jackson Keith in three sets. The GWU junior dropped the first set of the match 6-7, but fought back to secure the second (6-1) and third (6-4) sets for the win prior to falling in the second round.
Freshman Blake Dunlap also got a win in his first match, walking over Wofford's Walker Heffron before falling in a tough second round match to Appalachian State's Zeke Sansing.
The Runnin's Bulldogs will be back on the court at ITA Regionals October 13-17 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
