
GWU Women's Basketball Set to Take on PC at 5 p.m. on Saturday Night in Clinton, S.C.

Boiling Springs, N.C. - The Gardner-Webb women's basketball team will play its final road contest of the regular season on Saturday night, as the Runnin' Bulldogs will travel to Clinton, S.C. to face off with the Presbyterian College Blue Hose at 5 p.m. in the Ross E. Templeton Center.
Gardner-Webb, who is 8-4 on the road overall and 5-2 on the road in the Big South, is on a four-game winning streak with all four wins coming in conference play.
The Runnin' Bulldogs are coming off a 68-50 win over the Longwood Lancers on Wednesday night, a game in which GWU led almost all of the second half by double digits, outscoring the Lancers 31-9 in points of turnovers, 20-4 in fast break points and 38-20 in points in the paint for the game.
Coach Rick Reeves and his squad are currently sitting in second-place overall in the Big South regular season standings, only a half a game ahead of Radford, heading into their final three games of the regular season.
GWU defeated PC 52-33 back on January 24th in Paul Porter Arena, holding the Blue Hose to only four made field goals in the first half and forcing them into 35 turnovers for the game.
Presbyterian College is 8-18 overall and 4-9 in the Big South this season.
The Blue Hose have lost three straight contests, including back-to-back home conference losses to Winthrop and Charleston Southern last week.
PC is 4-6 at home overall this season with wins over Erskine, Campbell, Coastal Carolina and UNC Asheville, and has picked up road wins over Winthrop and UNC Asheville in conference play.
Tip-off for Saturday's contest is slated for 5 p.m.
