Gardner-Webb to Play VMI on Senior Day this Sunday, October 14, at 1:00 p.m.

Boiling Springs, N.C. - Gardner-Webb women's soccer will host its final home game of the season this Sunday versus VMI, holding its annual senior day to honor the Runnin' Bulldog senior class.
Prior to the 1:00 p.m. start time, seniors Sarah Morabito, Taylor Napoli, and Mariah Peters will be recognized for their careers both on the Gardner-Webb soccer pitch and off.
GWU (2-11-1, 1-5-1) will look to get a win versus the visiting the Keydets (1-12, 0-7) and improve its conference standing with just four matches remaining in regular season play. Gardner-Webb knocked off VMI 3-2 on the road in last season's matchup between the two teams.
Sunday's (Oct. 14) Senior Day match at 1:00 p.m. will be followed by three consecutive Big South road contests for the Runnin' Bulldogs to close out the 2012 regular season.
