Boiling Springs, N.C. - Gardner-Webb junior Catrina Green was named to the 2012-13 Madness Big South Preseason All-Conference Second-Team, it was announced today by College Sports Madness (www.collegesportsmadness.com).

Green led the Runnin' Bulldogs in both scoring and rebounding last season as a sophomore, as the 6-1 center averaged 11.2 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. Green, who is one of only three upperclassmen on this year's roster, also led the team last year in shooting percentage at 45.5 percent overall from the field and with 48 blocks. She pouted in double-digit points in 20 different contests and posted 10 double-doubles on the year.

Green was named to the 2011-12 College Sports Madness Big South All-Conference Second-Team last season.
