SERIES VS. DAVIDSON
Gardner-Webb leads the overall series with Davidson at 7-4, with three of those games coming since 2000-01 when the Runnin' Bulldogs moved to the NCAA DI level. However, Davidson has won the last four meetings after Gardner-Webb won the first seven meetings dating back to 1978-79.
SOCON FOES IN 2012-13
Davidson is the third of four Southern Conference foes that GWU will play in 2012-13. GWU is 0-2 versus the SoCon this season with losses at UNCG (55-49) and at Appalachian State (84-43). The Runnin' Bulldogs are slated to take on Wofford College on December 19th in Spartanburg, S.C.
