GWU Men's and Women's Tennis Matches on Tuesday Cancelled Due to Rain

Boiling Springs, N.C. - Gardner-Webb's men's and women's tennis teams will have to continue their recent trend of schedule shuffling, as both teams' Tuesday matches have been postponed because of rainy conditions.
GWU's women's tennis team was scheduled to play USC Upstate in Spartanburg, S.C. on Tuesday. The match has been rescheduled for Thursday of this week (March 7) and a 2:00 p.m. start time in a road match for the Runnin' Bulldogs.
The Gardner-Webb women are also scheduled to play Saturday at Coastal Carolina in its second match of the week. The 1:00 p.m. match on Saturday marks the first Big South match of the season for GWU (2-4).
Gardner-Webb's men's tennis team was scheduled to hit the courts in a home match versus UNC Greensboro on Tuesday. After rescheduling, GWU (4-3) will host the Spartans on Tuesday, March 26 for a 2:00 p.m. match at the Webb Tennis Complex.
GWU's men's tennis team is scheduled to play two matches this week: Thursday, March 7 versus Chattanooga (home) and Sunday, March 10 against Coastal Carolina (road). Sunday's match at the Chanticleers marks the Runnin' Bulldogs' Big South opener.
