CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Gray Jones picked up Gardner-Webb's lone individual win of the day Saturday at No. 9 Virginia, as the Cavaliers picked up a 33-3 win over the Runnin' Bulldogs.

Gardner-Webb (2-1) was competing against the first of three top-25 foes this weekend. GWU will battle Virginia Tech and North Dakota State on Sunday in Blacksburg, Va.

Jones, wrestling at 184 pounds, topped William Coggins in a tight, competitive bout – taking a 3-2 decision for the Runnin' Bulldogs.

Virginia picked up three wins via major decision and had one win via injury to help its point total on the afternoon.
