
Gardner-Webb Women Take Fourth At 2014 Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate

Freshman Taylor Dodson continued her hot streak, finishing in a tie for ninth to capture her fourth top-10 finish of the spring in four outings. The Aiken, S.C., rookie shot a 156 over two rounds (79-77), finishing just three strokes out of the top-5.
Julia Henderson (77-80-157) finished in a tie for 11th after leading the field after Sunday's first round.
Mary Katherine Donovan moved up 12 spots with a strong finish Monday, carding a 75 to tie for 16th.
Donovan's final round put her within two strokes of the top-10.
Pilar Morgan (83-85-168) finished in a tie for 45th and Sarah Bertram (92-78-170) had a solid final round to finish 51st individually.
Gardner-Webb finished just four strokes back of Big South member Winthrop and five strokes back of second-place Western Carolina. High Point won the team title with a two-round team score of 610.
The Runnin' Bulldogs will take a break from action to prepare for the 2014 Big South Conference Women's Golf Championship - scheduled for April 13-15 in Ninety Six, S.C.
