Clement Kurniawan (70-67-73-210) finished 6-under par for the tournament, placing eighth individually. Kurniawan was just four strokes behind the low score for the event and two strokes out of a five-way tie for second place.
Windy, wet conditions hampered play throughout the field on the final day, with the average score for Tuesday's round rising to 74.42 - an increase of nearly two strokes from the previous two rounds.
Matt Yelverton (75-69-72-216) tied for 28th, Vincent Blanchette (71-72-77-220) tied for 43rd and the duo of Blake Maum (70-73-79-222) and Daley Byles (78-71-73-222) tied for 49th.
Each of Gardner-Webb's participants had at least one round under par for the tournament.
Lamar won the team title, shooting a three-day score of 833. Gardner-Webb finished seven strokes out of a tie for fifth with TCU and Appalachian State, and eight strokes in front of Longwood.
The Runnin' Bulldogs will tee off at the 2014 Big South Conference Championship on Monday, April 21 at the Patriot at Grand Harbor in Ninety Six, S.C.
