Women's Golf Earns the No. 4 seed in the 2015 Big South Women's Golf Championship Presented By Musco Sports Lighting

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- The Gardner-Webb women's golf team garnered the No. 4 seed for the 2015 Big South Women's Golf Championship presented by Musco Sports Lighting hosted by Coastal Carolina University at the Golf Club at Debordieu in Georgetown, S.C.
The Runnin' Bulldogs earned the No. 4 seed through their current GolfStat ranking of 175 in the nation.
Defending champion Campbell is ranked No. 52 in the by GolfStat and receives the No. 2 seed. Charleston Southern is the No. 3 seed with its ranking of 117.
Winthrop, ranked No. 182, will be the No. 5 seed in the championship, with Radford (193) receiving the No. 6 seed. Longwood receives the No. 7 seed (No. 206), just ahead of High Point (No. 8 - 213). Presbyterian College rounds out the field at No. 9 (249).
The Golf Club at Debordieu is hosting the Big South Women's Championship for the first time this year as a part of a two-year deal with the Conference, which will keep the Championship there through 2016.
The three-day, 54-hole event will be played April 13-15 and is free and open to the public. In addition, fans can follow the action online via GolfStat's "Live Scoring" feature.
The 2015 champion will receive the Big South's automatic berth to the NCAA Regionals.
