GWU's Taylor Dodson Named to Big South Women's Golf All-Academic Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Gardner-Webb sophomore Taylor Dodson was named to the 2015 Big South Women's Golf All-Academic Team, it was announced by the League office in Charlotte, N.C. yesterday morning.
Dodson has compiled a 3.71 GPA so far over her two years here at Gardner-Webb. The Chemistry major has played in all nine golf tournaments this season for the Runnin' Bulldogs, and has posted 6 top-10 finishes in the 2014-15 season, including a tie for third-place overall at the Golfweek Program Challenge during which she shot a season low round of 69.
In her two years as a member of the Gardner-Webb women's golf team, Dodson has competed in all 20 tournaments that Gardner-Webb has completed in, finishing in the top-10 on 13 differnt occasions.
Dodson and the rest of the Runnin' Bulldog women's golf team are set to begin the 2015 Big South Women's Golf Championship presented by Musco Sports Lighting Monday, April 13 at 8:00 a.m. at the Golf Club at Debordieu in Georgetown, S.C.
