BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Head coach
Jim Corn's Runnin' Bulldogs women's tennis team won its second contest of the spring season, defeating the USC Upstate Spartans, 5-2, on Thursday afternoon.
"It's always good to get a win, " said Corn. "The girls played great and getting our second victory and some momentum going is important because we're getting into our conference schedule and ultimately working towards the conference tournament in April. We play a very talented Charleston Southern team on Sunday and hope to keep the momentum going.
