SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Gardner-Webb redshirt freshman RJ Mosley earned a spot on the 2020 Southern Conference Wrestling All-Freshman team, as announced by the league office on Thursday morning.
 
Mosley (Oklahoma City, Okla. / Heritage Hall HS) was voted to the ten-member All-Freshman class by the conference's head coaches.
 
Competing exclusively at 165 pounds throughout the season, Mosley has posted an overall record of 21-13, including 8-4 in dual bouts and 4-2 against SoCon opponents.  He also has won three matches by fall and a pair of tech fall wins on the year.
 
The 2020 SoCon Wrestling Championship begins on Sunday, March 8 at the Holmes Convention Center in Boone, N.C.  First-round action begins at 10:00 am, with the finals set for 7:00 pm.
