Gardner-Webb Falls To Campbell In Big South Men's Golf Semifinals

NINETY SIX, S.C. – Gardner-Webb fell by a 3-0-1 score to No. 1 Campbell in the 2021 Big South Men's Golf Championship semifinals Wednesday morning at The Patriot at Grand Harbor.
Miles Albright battled to a tie in the No. 2 slot, with Campbell taking wins at No. 1, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 to advance.
Gardner-Webb played its best golf of the season throughout stroke play to finish fourth and advance to the match play semifinal round. GWU has advanced in each of the two seasons match play has been introduced (2019 and 2021).
