Men's Tennis Announces Fall Tournament Schedule

BOILING SPRINGS – Gardner-Webb Men's Tennis program announced its fall 2021 tournament schedule. The schedule is highlighted by the home tournament on October 9th that will include many of the team's alumni.
The first weekend of competitions for the team will be on September 17-19. Part of the team will travel to Cary, N.C. to compete in the Bonk Invite sponsored by Duke University. Other members of the team will play in the Limestone Invite in Gaffney, S.C.
The month of October will be the busiest for the team as there will be competitions on four of the five weekends in the month. The first event is the Davidson Tournament in Davidson, N.C. from October 1-3. Gardner-Webb will host an alumni match and Friends of GWU event on October 9th with a start scheduled for 10 a.m.
The longest event on the schedule is the ITA Regionals in Cary, N.C. slated for October 22-26. The last weekend in October, the 29-31, will see the Runnin' Bulldogs travel to Greenville, S.C. for the Furman Invite.
The action for the fall will end with the UTR Tournament at Olde Providence Racquet Club in Charlotte, N.C. The tournament is scheduled for November 5-7.
