Manon Delsol Selected as Big South Player of the Week

CHARLOTTE – The Big South announced the winners of their weekly awards on Wednesday afternoon and named Manon Delsol (Moncault, France) as the conference's player of the week.
Delsol won her singles and doubles match this week in GWU's lone action of the week against Wofford. She kept the doubles point alive with a 6-3 decision on court #2. She followed that with a win in the topflight with a 7-6 (5), 2-6, 6-4 score for GWU's third team point of the day.
Gardner-Webb picked up a 6-1 win over Queens today to improve to 6-1 on the season. The Runnin' Bulldogs return to action on Saturday, February 25 for a road match at Western Carolina with the first serve slated for 2:00 p.m.
