BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb took game one 9-5, before falling to the Lancers in game two, 6-3, Monday night from Brinkley Softball Stadium.

Game two started similar with Longwood scoring early. They scored two runs in each of the first two innings to race out to a 4-0 lead.
