CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Connor Maggi has been named Big South Baseball Relief Pitcher of the Week, the conference announced Monday, March 11.

A junior from Forest, Va., pitched 5.0 innings in relief in GWU's win over Manhattan on March 9. He registered nine strikeouts, allowed just one hit, two walks and posted a 1.76 ERA.

This is his first weekly award of the 2024 season, and Gardner-Webb's first weekly award of the year thus far.
