Nalani McBride of the Gardner-Webb volleyball team has been named Big South Libero Player of The Week for the fourth time this season, following two standout individual performances against Presbyterian and Charleston Southern
On Friday night, McBride continued an incredible individual season with 21 digs against Presbyterian before then following up with a career-high 39 against Charleston Southern, finishing with 60 for the whole weekend. McBride averaged 7.5 digs per set over the two games and continues to lead the conference and rank among the nation's leaders with 465 digs in total this season
Furthermore, McBride surpassed 900 career digs between Gardner-Webb and Temple during the first set on Saturday, and enters this week with 931 total in her college career
Gardner-Webb returns to action on Tuesday night, October 21st when the Runnin' Bulldogs host NC Central at 6 pm
