CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Gardner-Webb University wrestling team wrapped up its 2024-25 regular season on Sunday afternoon at The Citadel, falling by a final score of 29-14 in Southern Conference action

Gardner-Webb was led in the lower weight classes, primarily by the highly ranked duo of graduate student Todd Carter and redshirt freshman T.K. Davis. At 133 pounds, the No. 33 ranked Davis scored his team-best 21st individual win of the season, defeating George Rosas by fall in just 1:42. At 141 pounds, the No. 21 ranked Carter scored his 17th individual win of the campaign, with a 20-4, tech fall victory over Thomas Terimni. Sophomore Drew Pepin also added a win for Gardner-Webb, defeating Tyler Badgett by 5-1 decision.
