BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – With summer league baseball still in full swing, a number of Gardner-Webb players are continuing to produce successful numbers with their respective clubs.

Zach Robinson has spent his summer with the Oneonta Outlaws, recording six hits, two of which have gone for doubles.

Nick Adrian, playing with the Wisconsin Rapid Rafters, has posted 12 hits and 16 walks during his summer season.

Matt Iglanfritz, one of several Runnin' Bulldogs with the Williamsport Crosscutters, has recorded 14 hits for the club, including a double, a home run, and a pair of triples.

Merik Carter, spending his summer with the State College Spikes, has nine hits, including eight singles, to go along with eight runs batted in and 11 total walks.

Zack Thompson, playing with the Keene Swamp Bats, is slugging .489 for his club this summer, with three home runs and four doubles.

Bennett Shealor has spent the offseason playing for the Vermont Mountaineers, recording four runs batted in for the club.

Daniel Smith has been a star for the Waynesboro Generals, currently hitting .299 with a .471 OBP, 29 hits, four doubles, 16 runs batted in and 20 walks.

Keoni Coloma has also impressed for the West Coast Kings, currently hitting .296 for the summer season with five singles and two home runs, as well as six runs batted in

Drew Ripepi, of the Boca Raton Beach Boys and the Jackson Rockabillys, has posted .286 average to go along with a .400 OBP, next to a .357 slugging, and a pair of doubles.

Ethan Liao with the Lincoln Potters of the Pacific Empire League has hit .278 for the summer with a .419 OBP, 20 hits, 14 singles, five doubles and 15 total runs batted in.

Patrick Niehus has posted 20 hits this summer for the Charlottesville Tom Sox, including seven of which went for a double.

Ryan Kennell is batting .258 for the Williamsport Crosscutters, with 23 total hits, 16 runs batted in, and 13 walks, while also adding four stolen bases.

Reid Bertram has been a star on the mound for the Morehead City Marlins, currently sitting with a 2.12 earned run average, with 8.2 strikeouts per nine innings.

Jerek Hobb, one of a handful of Runnin' Bulldogs with the Vermont Mountaineers, has recorded 9.4 strikeouts per nine innings for the team, with 18 across 17.2 innings

Colby Humphries, with the Mooresville Spinners, is towing an impressive 11 strikeouts per nine innings, with 18 recorded in 14.2 innings pitched this summer and a 4.29 earned run average

Oliver Eillison, also playing in Vermont this summer, is holding down a 4.33 earned run average across 18.2 innings pitched, with 14 total strikeouts
