Curtis Robison, entering his third year on staff with the program, has been promoted to a full-time assistant coach. Robison also spent two years donning the Runnin' Bulldogs uniform.

"Curt was an impact player in our program, but he has equally made a difference as a coach," said Chester. "His loyalty, presence, and experience will no doubt get our hitters and offense where it belongs, at the top of the Big South! There is nothing more special than to have a former player on staff, today is a special day for me to watch Curt continue to make a difference with Gardner-Webb Baseball and excel in his career. Everything about him is Selfless, Relentless, and Blue Collar!  #SkoDawgs"

Cam Medic also received a promotion, elevating from two years as a graduate assistant to full-time assistant coach.
