Nalani McBride of the Gardner-Webb volleyball team has been named Big South Libero of The Week for the third time this season
McBride was named to the all-tournament team at the Wofford Invitational after totaling 94 digs, an average of 6.7 set over 14 sets and 4 games. The Temple transfer had 20 digs in each game including 20 against Wofford and Northern Arizona, 25 against The Citadel, and 29 against Marshall which was just one short of a season high.
McBride currently has nine games with 20 digs this season, and ranks inside the top 10 nationally and leads the Big South with 275 in total digs. She's also the only player in the Big South above 5.0 digs per set this season, setting the tone with 5.50.
