2018-2019 at Gardner-Webb: Posted an overall record of 6-11 throughout the season, competing exclusively at 133 pounds … Went 6-5 in dual matches and 2-2 in SoCon action … Totaled 14 takedowns and nine escapes throughout the season … Defeated VMI’s Cliff Conway by major decision, 17-6 (Feb. 12) and Ouachita Baptist’s Logan Sloss by fall in 4:53 (Nov. 10).

2017-2018 at Gardner-Webb: Redshirted … Went 7-7 for the year unattached at 133 pounds … Won three matches by major decision and one by a pin … Posted 15 takedowns and had nine escapes … Placed second at the Pembroke Classic, going 4-1 at the event … Went 2-2 at the Hokie Open.
 
High School: Wrestled at Edmond North High School under coach Andy Schnider … Finished his senior year with a 13-1 record, competing most of the year at 126 pounds before taking part in the OSSAA 6A West Regional at 132 pounds, in which he went 4-0 to take home the regional title … Placed second at 132 pounds in the 2017 OSSAA State Championships.
