Pitts joins the Runnin' Bulldogs after a successful stint as the Player Development Intern at Sawmills Timberkings of ONSL. While at Sawmills, Pitts established the team's first data-driven development systems using ArmCare, pitchLogic, and Blast Motion. Pitts also collected and visualized performance metrics to inform development plans for pitchers and hitters.

Pitts earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.
