Bailey Small is entering her fourth season as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Runnin' Bulldogs women's basketball team in 2021-22.
In her role, Small is responsible for coordinating travel, assisting with practice scheduling and other logistics for the program.
A 2015 graduate of the University of Tennessee Martin, Small earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and served as the head manager for the Skyhawks' women's basketball program for four seasons.
While at UTM, she met her husband, Garner, who is the associate head coach for the Runnin' Bulldogs. The pair resides in Boiling Springs and have two sons, Landon and Kash.Â
