Cullison joins the Gardner-Webb staff after spending the 2023 season at Ohio Dominican University where he served as the Offensive Line Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the Panthers.
Prior to Ohio Dominican, Cullison spent four seasons at NCAA Division III Baldwin Wallace University as the Assistant Head Coach, Run Game Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator for the Yellow Jackets. During his time at BWU, Cullison mentored several All-OAC players, including Patrick Simon who would secure a spot on the 2021 DIII All-American Team.
Before Baldwin Wallace, Cullison spent time as the Offensive Line Coach at Malone University, Upper Arlington High School and his Alma Mater, Bishop Ready High School.
Cullison earned both his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Sports Management from Ohio Dominican University.
