Rumbaugh begins her first year at Gardner-Webb following a successful playing career at Longwood University.
While with the Lancers, Rumbaugh was named a captain and speaking captain during her senior campaign. She also netted the most goals for Longwood in 2025 while being named Freshman of the Week in her rookie season in Farmville. Rumbaugh also excelled in the classroom, earning Academic All-District during her junior and senior years.
In a professional role, Rumbaugh has coached across several venues, inlcuding the Nike Lacrosse Camp in Cape Cod, Massachusetts as well as the Lenoir-Rhyne lacrosse and clinics from 2021-24. Rumbaugh also coached in the Rumbaugh Lacrosse Academy where she helped to instruct players on focusing on skill development and goal setting while creating and organizing practice plans to improve player fundamentals, focus, and energy levels.
Rumbaugh graduated from Longwood University with a Bachleor of Science in Business Administration and Management in 2024 as well as a Master of Business Administration and Economics in 2025.
