A native of Graham, N.C., Ross is set to join the Runnin' Bulldogs staff for the 2026 season as a graduate assistant, her first job in collegiate coaching after a four-year playing career at Chowan
During her time on the pitch at Chowan, Ross tallied over 600 minutes in goal, including nine games played and five games as a starter during her senior season in 2025
Ross holds an undergraduate degree from Chowan as a double-major in History and Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She will work towards her post-graduate degree in Sports Management while serving on the Gardner-Webb coaching staff in the fall of 2026
Prior to her college career, Ross played for the NC Fusion in program near Winston-Salem, N.C., one of the top youth and academy programs in North Carolina
