Gardner-Webb To Host January Prospect Clinic

BOILING SPRINGS --- The Gardner-Webb University lacrosse program will host its 2016 Prospect Clinic on Saturday, January 23, 2016, announced head coach Jillian Krick Monday.
The clinic is open to all players in grades nine through 12 at a cost of $65 per athlete, and is geared toward those interested in playing collegiate lacrosse. The day's activities will begin with an introduction to the coaching staff, and a tour of both the Gardner-Webb campus and lacrosse facilities from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
After the tour, athletes will proceed to lunch from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm and then clinic check in from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
Once check in is complete, Coach Krick and her staff will take the athletes through a comprehensive skills clinic designed to best prepare them for the jump from high school to the collegiate game. The clinic will run from 12:30 p.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m. at Spangler Stadium.
