Forecast Forces Game Adjustments for @GWUBaseball Series

BOILING SPRINGS – Gardner-Webb and Winthrop will play a Thursday doubleheader, beginning at 2:00 pm, with the change forced due to forecast wet weather in the area.
The Runnin' Bulldogs (34-18, 12-9 Big South) and Eagles (27-23, 11-10 Big South) will play the nightcap at approximately 5:00 – or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the opening game.
A decision is still pending on a start time for Friday's series finale, which was originally scheduled for 7:00 pm (ESPN3).
Both teams will are expected to send starting pitchers to the mound with light pitch count limits Thursday and Friday – with the 2016 Big South Conference Tournament set to begin on Tuesday (May 24) in Lexington, S.C. – giving arms just four days rest.
