
Men's Swimming: Day Two Recap of Fall Frenzy Invite

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Gardner-Webb men's swimming team currently sits in third place after day two of the Fall Frenzy Invite, hosted by Queens University of Charlotte. The Runnin' Bulldogs have 880 points after 12 events, trailing Queens (1516 points) and Limestone (948 points).
In the 400-yard individual medley, Chase Mattingly placed third in the B-Finals, touching the wall at 4:06.16. William Anderson placed first in the C-Finals, clocking in at 4:19.42.
Zach Dingfield took home a second-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly B-Finals, timing in at 50.98. Eli Coan finished in first in the C-Finals with a time of 52.69.
In the 200-yard freestyle, Anderson finished in third in the C-Finals, timing in at 1:46.45.
Jordan Mintz earned a third-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke, clocking in at 56.52. In the B-Finals, Austin Toney timed in at 59.67 to finish in third place.
The Fall Frenzy Invite concludes tomorrow afternoon at the Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center in Charlotte, N.C.
