
Women's Swimming: Day Two Recap of Fall Frenzy Invite

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Gardner-Webb women's swimming team is currently in second place after the second day of the Fall Frenzy Invite, hosted by Queens University of Charlotte. The Runnin' Bulldogs have tallied 1151 points through 12 events, trailing meet host Queens who has 1431.5 points.
In the 200-yard medley relay, the team of Lara Siebrecht, Whitney Peters, Jessica Snover, and Kelsey Williams placed second, timing in at 1:44.77. They were followed by the grouping of Lili Toth, Anna Banick, Tessa Walsh, and Audrey Robinson, who clocked in at 1:44.95.
London Schumacher took home the 400-yard individual medley crown with a time of 4:21.35. Mary Traylor placed third, touching the wall at 4:25.91. Spencer Lucas took first place in the B-Finals, timing in at 4:30.06.
In the 100-yard butterfly, Snover earned a third-place finish, clocking in at 54.78. Robinson took home a second-place finish in the B-Finals with a time of 57.65.
Blake Broullire placed second B-Final of the 100-yard breaststroke, finishing with a time of 1:07.89, while Morgan Vanderschaaf placed third at 1:08.19.
Siebrecht finished in second place in the 100-yard backstroke, clocking in at 55.69.
In the 800-yard freestyle relay, the team of Toth, Siebrecht, Williams, and Snover finished in third, timing in at 7:37.70
The Fall Frenzy Invite wraps up tomorrow afternoon at the Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center in Charlotte, N.C.
