BOILING SPRINGS – Gardner-Webb will host its annual Men's Basketball Education Day Game on Thursday, December 19 at 11:00 am, with Bob Jones University coming to Paul Porter Arena.
The Runnin' Bulldogs (3-8) will play for only the third time at home so far this season.

Tim Craft's team has been led so far by senior
Eric Jamison, Jr., who is pouring in career-high averages of 14.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game through 11 starts. The East Point, Ga., forward is shooting 52.5 perfect from the floor and 79.4 percent from the free throw line in 31.2 minutes per game.
Jose Perez (13.1 ppg) and
Jaheam Cornwall (11.5 ppg) also average in double figures, with Perez leading the team in rebounding (7.1 rpg) and assists (3.6 apg). Cornwall is the team's top marksman from deep, making 28-of-57 three-pointers (49.1 percent).
The inside duo of
Ludovic Dufeal (6.3 ppg) and
Kareem Reid (4.9 ppg) has shown signs of improvement, with both blocking 16 shots this season to date. Reid is shooting at a 54.1 percent clip.
Gardner-Webb will welcome a chance to play on its home court after shooting just 37.9 percent on the road against tough competition. The 'Dogs have gone 0-7 in true road games this season.
Bob Jones rolls into town riding a four-game win streak following an 88-72 win over Clinton College at home last Friday. The Bruins (6-5) average 79.4 points per game and are paced by Nate Ellenwood (16.2 ppg), Jayson Barnhart (11.9 ppg) and Daniel Fuller (11.8 ppg).
