BOILING SPRINGS – Gardner-Webb's men's basketball season opener at Duke has been postponed. The teams may seek to make up the game at a later date.
 
The postponement came following a positive COVID-19 test and contact tracing with the Runnin' Bulldogs. The student-athlete who tested positive is currently asymptomatic.

Gardner-Webb's game on Sunday, November 29, at Georgia was also canceled.
