Start Time, Broadcast Change For Gardner-Webb's Saturday Tilt At Pittsburgh

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb's Saturday afternoon game at Pittsburgh will now tip at 4:04 pm in the Peterson Events Center, with the game airing live on Fox Regional Sports Networks (RSN).

Veteran play-by-play man Bob Rathbun and former Georgia Tech star Brian Oliver will provide the call live. Check local listings for availability in your area.

The game will mark Gardner-Webb's second visit to Pittsburgh during the Tim Craft era. The Runnin' Bulldogs dropped a 99-80 decision on November 14, 2016. Guard LaQuincy Rideau dropped in 23 points and David Efianayi came off the bench to score 20 for Gardner-Webb. Pittsburgh made 13-of-26 shots from three-point range in that win.

The Panthers, coached by Jeff Capel, play at Northwestern on Wednesday night as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Gardner-Webb opens its season on Thursday night at Western Kentucky.
