
Traylor Clenches Silver In 200 Fly On Final Day Of CCSA’s

LYNCHBURG, Va. – On Wednesday Gardner-Webb Women's Swimming finished up their third and final day of CCSA Championships. The Women finished the meet in seventh-place taking home a total of 799.5 points for GWU.
In the Women's 1,650 Free, Adrianna Barone placed ninth with a time of 17:42.32 on the touchpad for the Runnin' Bulldogs.
As for the Women's 200 Back, Delaney Willett took home 14th place for GWU with a time of 2:04.59.
Alyssa Church finished seventh in the Women's 100 Free, where she finished with a time of 51.32.
In the Women's 200 Breast, Abby Surley took 17th place for GWU with a time of 2:23.89.
Mary Traylor took home a huge second-place finish for Gardner-Webb in the Women's 200 Fly. In the event Traylor swam an impressive time of 2:00.95.
In the Women's 400 Free Relay, the squad of Alyssa Church, Kayla Smith, Audrey Robinson, and Jessi Snover notched themselves a fifth-place finish with a time of 3:27.38.
As the women wrapped up action today, the men will hit the pool deck on Friday to start their three day CCSA Championship meet.
