BOILING SPRINGS. N.C. – The Gardner-Webb University men's basketball team was bested by the Terriers of Wofford College on Wednesday night by a final score of 81-66. Wofford widened their lead on the Runnin' Bulldogs in the second half after a close first 20 minutes.

When they didn't make open shots, they got offensive rebounds that then led to open shots. Our defense wasn't good enough, and credit Wofford. They were terrific in attacking us in the areas that they did."
