BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb will travel to #11 Duke on Sunday for a 1:00 p.m. matchup in Durham. This will be the third all-time meeting in program history with all three occurrences happening in the last four seasons.
The Runnin' Bulldogs are coming off a season-opening 20-9 loss in Boiling Springs to Cincinnati. The game against the Blue Devils will be the first of a pair of contests against ACC competition. The second will be against Clemson on Wednesday with a first draw slated for 4:00 p.m.
Duke currently sits at 2-0 on the year coming off wins against Navy (15-10) and Davidson (18-9). They have been led offensively by Anna Callahan and Katie DeSimone with five goals and three assists each.

Bria Foley led the team in scoring as she scored three goals and had an assist.
Brittany Sherrod also tallied a pair of scores on the day.
Grace Briggs finished with a career-high five caused turnovers and scooped three groundballs.
Heather Lobas had six groundballs on the day.
