Gardner-Webb Women’s Lacrosse Announces Fall Prospect Clinic

Head Coach Kathleen Mirgon Crum and GWU lacrosse to host prospect clinic in October

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – The Gardner-Webb University women's lacrosse team has announced their first prospect clinic of the 2023-2024 school year. This elite fall clinic will take place on Sunday, Oct. 22.
 
"We are eager to host prospective student-athletes on our game field and give them a taste of what Gardner-Webb women's lacrosse is all about," said coach Mirgon Crum. "It all starts in the recruiting process. We are excited to be in the presence of champions on Oct. 22!"
 
The clinic will take place between 10 AM and 2 PM. Registration will be $95 per person, and will online as well in person beginning at 9 AM outside Hamrick Field House the day of the event. Parking will be available in the Spangler Stadium parking lot.

The clinic will include on field portion from 10 AM to 12:45 PM. A speed and agility segment provided after participants warmup by the GWU lacrosse strength coach. Two hours will be skill-based ending with scrimmages. Participants and families will gather for a 1-2 PM campus tour and Q&A session with current Gardner-Webb players. Participants will be provided a pinny for the duration of the on-field clinic.
 
Items that participants will need to bring themselves include water bottles, goggles, mouth guards, sticks and turfs or tennis shoes. Participants will receive a t-shirt and regular water refills provided.
