BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The Gardner-Webb University wrestling squad dropped their Sunday afternoon match at Campbell University by a final team score 43-3. The Runnin Bulldogs were able to take one of the 10 matches on the day.
 
Gardner-Webb's Todd Carter bested Campbell's Wynton Denkins by a 9-6 decision in the 141-weight class to take the 'Dawgs' one victory on the day.
 
Gardner-Webb will return to the mat on Friday, Feb. 9 when they host Davidson College in Paul Porter Arena at 7:00 p.m.
