Wigness Won't Return in 2027, National Search to Begin Immediately for Gardner-Webb Softball

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Vice President for Athletics and Athletics Director Brendan Fahey has announced the contract of head softball coach Bailey Wigness will not be renewed when it expires at the end of June.

The department will commence a national search immediately to find the next head coach of the Runnin' Bulldogs softball team.
