Prior to Gardner-Webb: Attended Saint Gertrude High School where she participated in swimming for two years under head coach Michele Tuttle...also participated in lacrosse for four years... Was named MVP for the swim team during both junior and senior years...Was named Captain for both swimming and lacrosse her senior year...Set the 400 yard freestyle record in the NOVA Catholic Invitational...State qualifer all four years in the 100 breaststroke, 100 fly, 200 IM, 200 free, and the 500 free...Member of the Dean's List and received second honors
